The coaching process


STEP 1

I’ll send you a questionnaire about your goals and lifestyle. Once you complete it, I’ll use your answers to create your personalized plan.

STEP 2

Get a fully customized training plan tailored to your goals. I’ll walk you through everything upfront so you’re confident and ready to begin.

STEP 3

Each week, you’ll submit a check-in so I can review your progress, see what’s working and address challenges. Then, based on your feedback, I’ll adjust your plan to keep you progressing.

STEP 4

The program ends, but your progress doesn’t. You’ll have the tools to keep improving, and you can always return for more guidance.
